Leather is soft and thick. BUT, like a lot of other reviews, first side buttons popped off, then stitches holding strap to purse broke. Had the purse for a month, light usage. Don’t buy!

Faulty and should not be sold
I loved this bag and one of the metal covers on the strap fell off fairly quickly. I wore it one way to cover it and the other fell off recently. It is a beautiful leather bag and now I can’t carry it as it looks unfinished. A total waste of money, not sustainable, and should be recalled.

Strap broke after 4 months
Loved this bag until the strap broke while I was simply standing in line for dinner! The stud/button went flying off without notice & the bag just fell from my shoulder. This was the first time I’d spent more than $100 on a bag in awhile, so I was hoping for quality. Guess I’ll go back to the sturdy staples!

Broke in under two months
Metal button that held the strap to the bag fell off in less than two months with no way to reattach the strap. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this bag. It is no longer usable
