My favorite everyday bag
I love this bag. I purchased it from Nordstrom in 2020 during their Anniversary Sale and it’s one of my all-time favorite purchases. This was my introduction to AllSaints and the label has become a staple in my wardrobe. The pebble leather is amazing, amazing quality that has stood the test of time. I am rough on my bags and the first thing I notice is how long it takes for the leather appearing noticeably scratched up. Not a problem so far! I recently looked back to see when I purchased the purse; and didn’t realize it’s been 4 years as my everyday bag. So now I’m planning on purchasing the same style, different color lol
This classic style bag with edgy details such as thick silver hardware is a must buy because of the supreme quality and simplicity making this purse a timeless staple that goes with everything in your closet!

Disappointing purchase
Thought it looked beautiful online, but when it arrived the leather was very stiff and not a supple leather. The zipper gets stuck and it isn’t easy to open and close. Lastly, it arrived with a small scratch/mark on it that was noticeable and i had planned to give this as a gift. I returned the bag.

Disappointed with strap
I purchased this in storm grey, which shows a nicely braided detail on the strap as shown in the images. The bag I received has plain straps. It is otherwise well made, nice leather, feels sturdy, and without a gaudy label like so many other brands, so I am keeping the bag. However, the braided strap was a special detail I was looking forward to, so I am a bit disappointed. I am including a picture of the strap without detail so potential buyers can be informed.

Not Great
The written description and the video featuring Chi Chi both say there should be a separate small leather pouch included with the bag, but mine did not include it and it came in factory packaging (there was a dust bag so that’s a plus). The sale price was so good I would have overlooked this, however the zipper is horrible when opened all the way, and the actual bag has odd seams that make it look crookedly sewn. The video shows glossy leather and the still photos show matte leather. It’s matte leather IRL if you’re wondering. The interior pocket is so small it’s virtually useless, and it stitched through the leather on the backside leaving an odd square on the outside of the bag. Wanted to love it, but it will be returned.

Product is not the same
Sadly, the bag is much different than what is here. Strap is thick and does NOT have braiding, the nice looking attachment areas are actually large silver grommets.
There is also no detachable pouch inside which is in the description and in the video. It’s very confusing. The leather is soft but wasn’t really the selling point for me(even on sale).

Impractical zipper, not comfortable to use.
The zipper does not move smoothly. When opened, it is necessary to use two hands to close the zipper. I regret buying the bag.
