I call it smart bag
It’s perfect for a minimalist life style, with this bag you don’t need any other bags, in the reviews I noticed some mentioned the straps being to far from each other, if you adjust the small shoulder strap and make it smaller the backpack straps will come closer to each other, some mentioned the shoulder strap is too small, if you unbutton one of the backpack straps you can use it instead of the shoulder strap, if I’m not clear enough just search Kita convertible back pack on YouTube and check JCML’s video.

too oversized
I really wanted to like this backpack but its just awkward. It does not sit right on your back and is overwhelming, it might be perfect for someone who is taller than 5'11".
in addition the strap at the top which lets you hold it as a bag is not quite right,the bag flops a bit when holding it this way. The leather is gorgeous however but I returned in the end due to its comical proportions.

the absolute best
This is the best bag I own, and I've had it for years. Absolutely worth the investment. This is an amazing travel backpack. I take it on every trip I go on. This bag fits my laptop, my toiletries, my wallet, my phone, snacks, and more. I always..always get compliments when I have this bag. It is functional and stylish. I honestly can't say enough. Beautiful Convertible Handbag/Backpack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough good things about this bag and I am not one that is easily impressed. I wanted a "mom bag" without having a real mom bag, this handbag/backpack fit the bill.
I love how I can carry this to work, but also how it takes me into the weekends and allows me to be handsfree as I carry/chase after my little one. Only thing I wish it had was the crossbody strap, that would make this a 6 star!

Great Bag for City Commuters!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this bag. As a subway and bus commuter, the difficulty of accessing the zippers (and lack of front compartment) is a huge plus, as I've never really felt comfortable commuting in a traditional-format backpack with a big front pocket and "half moon" zipper for the big compartment. I confess, accessing the side pocket from the left will take some getting used to since I'm right-handed, but the bag (in black) is stunning, well-made, and big enough to fit my lunch and gym clothes at once. I highly recommend this stylish, functional bag.

Only functional as a backpack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the leather and weaved straps. Gorgeous bag, however this bag only works as a backpack. It is truly not worth converting. The cross strap is far too short.
