Frieda Twill Cargo Joggers

I bought both olive and black in a size 8US. First of all, they were 100% lyocell instead of the cotton blend as advertised. No big deal. They’re incredibly soft and heavyweight with a luxe hand feel. What was more confusing was that I found the black pair to be at minimum a full size bigger than the olive pair. Possibly two sizes bigger as the elastic in the waistband of the black pair didn’t feel as firm as the olive pair. Both work for me but I just have to tug the black pair up every so often due to the weight of the pant dragging them off my hips. I might stitch the elastic in the waist of the black pair a little tighter to avoid any unfortunate accidental exposure…an easy fix.

I’ve given them 5 stars because of the quality of the fabric & construction. Another review said that the fabric was too heavy but that’s partly why I like them so much. I feel like it gives them more structure and makes them a bit dressier than most cargo joggers. I returned them because they didn’t fit me properly because the ride is too high for my shorter waist.
