Donita Combat Boot (Women)

I have been lusting after these gorgeous boots for more than a year. I normally wear size 7.5 in most shoes and size up to an 8 in boots, which is what I ordered. Unfortunately it is too tight across the top/front of the foot for me :( and I have an average width foot. So I decided to return them. IF they were comfortable on my feet, I would happily given them a 5 star rating.

The footwear equivalent of a luxury car with square wheels. If you're looking to part ways with a small fortune in exchange for a world-class foot-torture experience, these are the boots for you. These boots cost more than a staycation weekend getaway. Now, let's talk about the toughness factor. These boots are as tough as nails, or perhaps even tougher. They'll withstand anything you throw at them, from jagged rocks to raging rivers. In fact, they might outlive you, which could be a pro or a con depending on your perspective. Just remember, they'll still be just as comfortable as a bed of nails when you're wearing them. And then there's the matter of blisters. Oh, sweet blisters. If you've ever fantasized about having painful, oozing blisters on your feet, these boots will make your dreams come true. But hey, who needs comfort and happy feet anyway? Walking around feeling like you've been personally victimized by your own footwear is clearly a sign of resilience and fortitude.

I’ve had my eye on these boots for quite a while and was finally able to get them on sale. The almond toe and silver detail are what drew me. First impression - these boots scream luxury. They look way more expensive!!! But also they were a little more shiny than in the photo so keep that in mind. It’s definitely a nicer boot that will elevate a casual outfit or be perfect for a little more edgy or lux outfit (I’ll keep my doc martens for super casual fits). I think this boot is perfect for office as it has a very polished look esp with the almond toe. I’m a true 9 and ordered a 10 and … it still fits a little more snug than I like. However, I’m hoping that the boot stretches some. I wore the boot to the office and I do think these will need to be broken in some as they are a bit stiff out of the box. No blisters or terrible pain but like most quality boots, they will need some breaking in. Overall satisfied I just don’t appreciate the sizing being off so much!
