Wool Breezer Ballet Flat (Women)

I have regular width feet but ordered a half size up per reviews to size up, and they were still too tight. These shoes really only work for narrow feet. They are super comfortable otherwise, and I wish I had ordered a full size up to see if that worked better, but guessing they would have been too long. The company says to order a half size up for wide feet, but a half size up for my medium width feet were still too small. Part of the problem is that they come with a comfy cushioning insert that takes space inside the shoe, and the company didn't adjust the room for the feet accordingly, including the height all around so your heels feel like they are coming out of shoe when you walk. If you take out the insert, they fit better with a half size up, but then you lose much of the cushioning. If they were to make these shoes true to width and adjust for the space left for your feet with the cushioning insole, they would be perfect. Also, if you are looking or need arch support, these don't give you any. Debating whether to keep since company website states that the wool material will stretch, and pricewise, this was an amazing deal on the shoes through NordstromRack.
