Superlight Trainer (Women)

I LOVE these trainers. In my entire adult life, I have never found trainers that support my feet in the way I need and didn't result in horrible pain. To be fair, most shoes result in pain for me which is why, in general, Allbirds have saved me. So when I saw these trainers, I jumped at the chance to try them. I'm living in a whole new world! I do crossfit multiple times a week and have always worn running shoes for the activities, regardless of what they are (lifting, intervals, cardio, etc.) which everyone thought I was insane but it was the only way I could get through workouts without pain. Now I have really great trainers to do my non-running activities in and I'm still pain-free. They are super lightweight, provide good support, and have the right amount of cushion. Can't recommend these enough. I'll definitely be buying another pair when these run through. Similar the running shoes, I sized up half a size in these from my regular size.
