Feet love these
Better than expected. Super lightweight but durable. Comfortable. I can feel a seam rubbing a little when I wear a thinner sock but it hasn’t caused blisters and the overall fit is near perfect. Was on my feet for about 13 hours on first wear and my feet felt great afterwards. Will buy more. Love the 13.5!

Flimsy
Light is one thing; flimsy is another. There isn't enough cushion, support, or traction in these for any kind of physical activity.

Need better laces.
Liked the shoes, but this is the second pair of ABs with laces that come loose easily.

Very light, good weightlifting shoes
Been happy with these shoes at the gym. Just wish Allbirds added a heel lock and wide sizes.

The weight or lack of is amazing
To say they are a trainer is misleading
The soles of you shoes are meant for carpet
Anything else makes your shoes unsafe in 2 months.

The trainer I asked for.
I literally sent a DN to allbirds asking them to make a trainer. It's incredibly light, stable enough for metcons, cushioned enough for plyometrics. The minimal rubber outsole is less than ideal for super heavy lifting, but it's a great all around training shoe if you're a backyard crossfiter with some heavy dumbbells.
