So comfortable!
I bought these for a trip to Disneyworld; I only had a few days to break them in wearing them in the house before we went, but they were so comfortable and I had no issues with walking 15,000 - 20,000+ steps in them for days on end! My husband wore his Allbirds, too. We are big fans and I recommend them to everyone.

Severely damaged on the right ankle
I am writing to escalate a complaint regarding a damaged product that caused significant discomfort and pain during my recent trip to Disneyland. The issue stems from a defect in the ankle stitching, which resulted in severe stress and pain to my foot during a day that required extensive walking.
This defect not only impacted my ability to fully enjoy the experience but also left me struggling with ongoing discomfort. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the product and the inconvenience it caused during such an important outing.
I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter, including a replacement or refund, along with assurance that such defects will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response.

Decent shoes
Needs more cushioning in the soles. Otherwise ok. Not comfortable enough for longer walks.

Uncomfortable
These felt comfy the moment I put them on. Unfortunately, once I started walking in them for some time, they caused foot pain due to poor support. They were also too big. Final sale and cannot return :(

Cool materials… but the fit was awful.
First of all- these are made for narrow feet. My feet are average width- my toes were crunching together. Their arch placement is also strangely angled, causing the foot to fall in an unusual way. I really wanted to love these, but despite ordering the correct size (measuring to be exact) I feel I still wouldn’t have had a good experience with a bigger shoe. Maybe I got a bunk pair. Maybe. But the other style I tried was the exact same issue… so.
