Wrinkled, Stained and Damaged
Received this dress in a wrinkled mess. When holding it up to release the wrinkles, there was a small hole in the back and a stain on the front. Alice and Olivia as a brand would be as disappointed in Nordstrom’s as I am for this being sent in the condition it is in. Horrible quality experience and no excuse for it to ever have been sent to a loyal customer.
