Jem Floral Flutter Sleeve Mini Shirtdress

I usually don’t go for anything yellow, but I love the flowers on this dress, as well as the collar and little flutter sleeves. Alice + Olivia dresses are a hit or miss for me, depending on style and fit. This shirt dress ended up fitting me perfectly and looks flattering, too. The material of the dress (recycled polyester) is so soft and lush!! The shirt dresss is slightly see-thru. I do plan to wear a slip and top underneath. For sizing, I’d say it runs slightly on the bigger side. If you are petite, I’d size down.
