Too flat for high arch people

Really liked the look of these slides and got both 10.5 and 11 for my husband. He is a square 10.5 but I had read reviews saying these run small. The issue is not the length but the top part of the slide being too flat/snug/short. Granted hubby has high arches, he couldn’t get his foot in. But the length would’ve been fine. Returning both.

Narrow

Bought my husbands usual size. He never usually has an issues with sizing but the 10.5 were extremely narrow and short
