this jacket is EVERYTHING

Cute and fun
If not of the reviews, I would have sent it back. The reviews kept talking about a draw string and I could not find it. The jacket just looks like a color plastic bag without it. It has not shape. I found the drawstring by reading the reviews again. With the drawstring it fits super cute.
