L.A.-based design collective Brain Dead brings its eclectic, disruptive ethos to adidas's long-retired Forest Hills tennis shoe and resurrects it in a riot of colors, textures and unexpected details. Celebrated for its ultralightweight feel designed with help from NASA, the sneaker makes an off-court comeback popping with leather 3-Stripes, embossing on the tongue, and a shaggy textile cladding the upper and wrapping the cupsole as a bumper toe.
