I have 2 pairs in different colors. My son has had 2 pairs as well but in this same color. We love this shoe.

Shoelace loops broke right out of the box
I just got these today, tried to tighten the shoelaces, and the loops broke before I had even tied them. Didn’t even get the chance to wear them before they broke. I can’t even say how comfortable the shoe is because I never got to wear them. I don’t even know if it’ll be worth it to ask for a refund or not because the policy says they have to check for “quality”. Hard to have a good quality return if the original product was faulty

comfortable!
shoes are very light and comfortable. Wore them for a whole weekend which included non stop walking at a car show. my feet and legs loved them! ordered another pair in white!
