low quality
I purchased on 7/16 , first day of school was 8/26. Today 9/15 I noticed the shoe hole where the lace goes through is completely torn (the actual shoe). This is my 8yr old’s first lace shoe, so he doesn’t tie them firm since his grip isn’t strong. This shoe was used 20 days or less since he has other shoes he uses. I called Nordstrom and they informed me they can’t do anything about the shoe being low quality since it’s past 40days. Two options- 1st : call adidas, 2nd : return to Nordstrom warehouse and they will recycle but not issue a credit or refund. I spent $2,000 between Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack for back to school and they couldn’t even issue a credit for me to spend in their store. DO NOT BUY from Nordstrom Rack since they don’t stand by the products they sell. I paid $46 for a shoe he used 20days or less.
