Great legging for the Price
I ordered these because I was looking for a lower pricetag legging that still held up and I haven't been able to wear through 90 Degrees' Bike shorts yet (I wear them weekly!) So after reading tons of reviews on 100s of leggings, I went with these, so to save you time --
These leggings have a nice wide band at top, are opaque, stretchy, and comfortable. Great buy for the price! Only negative, they do slide down a bit. Not to bothersome for weightlifting, but maybe annoy (or size down) if you do lots of cardio.

nice feel
these are a great weight and very nice feel. however the top rolls down as i carry weight in my stomach.
i hate yanking stuff up all day so i’m going to return for higher waisted ones.

Unbearably tight and compressive plastic bag
As soon as I unwrapped these, I knew I'd return them. The material is like a thick plastic, non-breathable, suffocating, compressive bag. They looked okay when on, but I could not stand the feel.
