Flanerie Backpack

I absolutely love this backpack! The quality exceeded my expectations — the material feels durable yet lightweight, and the stitching is very well done. It has plenty of compartments, which makes organizing everything super easy. I can fit my laptop, charger, notebooks, and even a few personal items without it feeling bulky.

It is a large capacity but it is true that when washing it it detaches the color of the leather substitute and I find it very unpleasant and the warranty response was even worse frustrating THE WORST thing is that I bought it for my mom and an aunt and the experience was terrible for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handles started to shred during first use of this bag. I appreciate the shape and overall size to hold contents, with the exception of the side water bottle holders that are a bit small (may be able to fit a very slim water bottle; I could not use them for storing water bottles. Overall okay bag that is easy to hold and very light weight, but could be better especially given the cost of it.
