glasses

I purchased a pair of glasses off line that are 510.00 and got them shipped to store . Went to pick them up and they were in a plastic bag without a Case to protect them…. I travel a lot and for my glasses not to be protected . I’ve purchased a lot of frames from this company and never received my glasses like this . And this is unacceptable….

Arrive in plastic bag?

The glasses are okay, but I'm unsure if they are authentic. They were delivered only in a plastic bag wrap, with no case or protective bag. Who would pay hundreds of dollars for sunglasses in that condition? Cheap sunglasses from Amazon even has better care.
