fit perfect in am too big in pm

Love the color and fit for my oop frame. What I hate is how the pant stretches out as the day goes on. The waist gets two sizes larger and poufs out in the stomach area due to the extra room. Unfortunately other W&W pants have done this too. I was hoping this problem had been resolved only now will be returning the pants.
