Tie Strap Ruffle Cotton Minidress

One of my favorite colors…was really looking forward to receiving this item and the color didn’t disappoint. The top ruffle was weirdly placed and unflattering. I belted the dress at the top ruffle and it was kind of cute but this was a very light weight dress that did not read as expensive so for me was a return given the price. I would see similar quality in a 20$ dress in my experience. The other strange thing is that the straps are thin tie straps…but not adjustable. They are actually sewn together under the tie? I think if I could have extended the straps maybe the ruffle could have been belted in a more flattering place. Would be worth it to maybe make the alteration at a lower price point. Overall for me at 36D it was a bit high cut in the neckline but ok.
