Kids' Little Bow Sweatshirt & Joggers Set

I bought this for my five year-old daughter. She wore this one time and the pants have pilling all over them without being washed. I brought it into my local Naperville Nordstrom rack telling them about the quality issue. The sales employee Keri was pretty dismissive to me. I completely understand, not being able to return an item after it has been worn. However, I do believe if an item does not live up to a quality standard, which this one clearly does not, a refund should be issued. I am not a chronic returner of items. And I have never returned any items for a quality issue before. I am a very loyal customer here for my four daughters and myself. It’s definitely unsettling having an experience like this. All that aside that doesn’t have anything to do with this item other than it’s pretty bad quality and your child won’t get through wearing it one time without having a quality issue.
