Heathered Knit Floppy Hat

I ordered this hat, first to keep the sun out off my face, but I was tired of all the straw hats out there. The online description said it was made of polyester, so I went ahead and order it. The brim is 4" which is a good size and the crown fits my larger head. However, turns out, the fabric is really a blend of polyester and wool. I avoid wool like the plague because I live in a place where the climate is usually warm or hot. I like the hat and did look online to see about the wool being used in warmer weather and found a lot of information that it is fine to use wool and that it actually cools you off. I will probably keep the hat as it is a different choice.
