Broken zipper 2 weeks in
Only as strong as your weakest link. I got a ton of compliments on the fit and high quality stitching, and leather. Unfortunately 2 weeks in the main zipper broke and I went into their Lenexa store and was refused a return or exchange.

Got this on clearance so value is unmatched. Leather is soft, but tag only identified as genuine leather. Feels like sheep or lamb leather. Made in Mauritius. Overall quality is very good. Fits great. I knocked 1 star off for the weird collar. For size reference, I'm 5'4" and weigh around 160 wearing a size Small. I have a 40" chest and usually wear suit size 38S.
