Didn't last one airplane trip

The first time I flew with Kenneth Cole hardshell, it cracked along the bottom edge where the telescoping handle is attached. They refuse to honor the warranty, saying it is normal wear and tear. First time!

Luggage was good for 6 years - wheels failed

The entire luggage is good, but the wheels are failing. Sent email to the company to see what I can do

I love this suitcase!

I have had the carry-on size for about 5 years now. It gets used once or twice a year, and is still as good as new. The inside pockets, storage areas and zippers are handy for organizing and keeping things in place. The expandable function is a great option when needed. And the handle on the side is useful for maneuvering it onto storage shelves on shuttles, etc. I was so happy with this after a use or two that I bought the Large Checked size as well. I am just as pleased with that size - it has all the same features. After many years and many uses there is nothing I would change about these bags - I absolutely love them.
