Lost customer
Shoes are the most uncomfortable pair I purchased and unfortunately I wore them on a business thinking they would be ok. Tried to ask Kenneth Cole for assistance and told NO as I wore them.

Nothing like it appeared.
Very cheap in appearance. Picture showed soild brown, but it came with a very weird striped effect. Like wood grain. Buckle in picture is gold, buckle recieved is dark silver. Very disappointed, especially for price.

Crespo Bit Loafer in the picture is not the shoe that comes in the mail. The shoe is Synthetic, with a camouflage print. It's wrong to show one thing but sell people another product.
