Bad quality
Poor quality. The first time I put them on the nails started coming out from behind the heels of both shoes. I contacted customer service but they did not give me a solution because "the time limit for claims has passed" (2 weeks) despite the fact that I explained that it was not up to me because I was traveling outside the country and that is why I could not call before . The only suggestion they gave me was to contact the company that makes this brand (Chase & Chloe) which is absurd because obviously they are going to tell me that I should contact the store that sold me the shoes.
