Cute but quality is not it.
The dress itself is super cute. The fit is spot on and flattering. Unfortunately, I'm realizing that Petal & Pup isn't of great quality in general. I would say it's on par with zara or princesspolly.

Cute but not for bigger chest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dress itself is stunning, and I love the tie details. Unfortunately, I think my chest is just too big for this dress. It fit everywhere else though so if you are smaller than dd you should be fine
