Pretty in Pink Necklace

I would first like to say that Nordstrom Rack was amazing making the situation right! I’m writing this review for shoppers to be aware of the quality of the item I purchased. I was so excited to open it when it finally arrived but quickly noticed some pieces were broken and a few stones had fallen out. I thought the necklace was really cute so I returned the damaged one and purchased another. When the second necklace arrived I had high hopes, but there were issues again, with stones having fallen out. I bought 2 other necklaces from the same designer and despite no obvious flaws (although there was another random piece that had fallen out of the packing and I’m not sure which of the 3 necklaces it came from) their quality was lacking.
