Bad experience
This is absolutely ridiculous! I purchased these shoes for my son, and I NEVER returned them. I was simply checking my order status, and I was shocked to see that the order was marked as “returned” and that I was charged a RETURN FEE!
I did NOT return these shoes. I did NOT request a return. So why am I being charged a fee for a return that never happened?!
This is completely unacceptable and feels like I’m being charged for a mistake that is not mine. Customers should NOT have to constantly check their orders to make sure they aren’t being incorrectly charged.
I want this return fee removed and my money refunded immediately.
