Arrived Worn and Altered - Completely Unacceptable
I received this dress in extremely poor condition. I was honestly speechless when I opened the package. The dress had clearly been worn before. Someone had altered it by stitching the open neckline shut and taking apart the interior seams of the sleeves to adjust the fit. It was also stained and had a very strong, unpleasant odor.
I returned it the same day I received it.This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
