The description said how plush and comfortable they are. Not at all, totally flat/hard bottom. Was going to give these as a gift but need to return instead. Cherry on top was the right slipper came with a big scratch across the front. What happened to Nordstrom quality?

Decent Slide Slippers

Very nice fit, I ordered a size larger and it fits like it is custom made! Solid soles, feel more like shoes. Seem sturdy and are warm and snug, don't flop off my feet easily as some other slippers I had. Hold onto my feet well.
