Glycerin 20 Running Shoe (Women)

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The shoes arrived in a clearly used condition, with small rocks embedded in the soles and visible stains on the upper part. It is unacceptable to receive a product in such poor condition, especially when buying from a reputable store like Nordstrom Rack. I expected new and unused items, not something that looks second-hand. This experience has significantly lowered my confidence in your quality control.

I recently bought a pair of running shoes from Nordstrom Rack (Online), and unfortunately, they seem to have been used or returned. The soles were dirty and even had small stones stuck in them, which made it clear they weren’t brand new. Additionally, there were visible stains on the upper part of the shoes. I expected a brand-new product, especially considering the price, but this was very disappointing. I would not recommend buying shoes from here unless you are sure they are genuinely new and unused. Very disappointed with the quality and condition of this purchase.

When shoes I ordered arrived, I was disappointed that the rubber soles and shoe ties look discolored as if the shoes had been put in washing machine and other colors that “blended” onto shoe. Photo posted on Nordstrom Rack website did not clearly show that it was suppose to be that way. I returned the shoes.

Unfortunately, this experience has soured my opinion of Nordstromrack shipping. I noticed something odd - one shoe is an 8 and the other is an 8.5. It seems like no effort was made to ensure a matching pair. To make matters worse, the shoes were shipped without their original box, which left me feeling frustrated. As a result, I've decided not to order from them again in the future.
