RECEIVED AN EMPTY SUN GLASS CASE!!!!!
Never in my life have i ordered something and received empty packaging!!! After reading reviews I was not the only one!!!! Opened the case it’s empty. I call for a refund they want me to bring it back to the store to fix their mistake. I said ok so are you going to send me my sun glasses now they said no we need to return the case back to the store then repurchase it. Free people has sent me the wrong item and made it right asap. They want me to fix this mistake and then replace my order…. The lady was nice but their policy is terrible.
