GEL-KAYANO^® 29 Running Shoe (Women)

Strange because they are pull on with laces which is not mentioned in the description. They were tight around the ankle and I have skinny ankles and kind of wide in front. Tongue is sewn on and lace-up is faux. When did they change? Definitely will return as they are also not comfortable.

I recently bought 4 different pairs of athletic shoes to try and figure out what fit me best- Sadly these did not make the cut (however the kayano 28's were perfect!) anyways, I dont know if it's because this style is a full-knit upper, but they did not fit right. I am usually a size 9.5-10, with the 10s usually being in athletic shoes, so size 10 is what I ordered in this style. The ankle is snug and feels supportive and comfy, but the front of the shoe is too wide and does not hug my foot at all. Also, they feel like the length is good when sitting, but as soon as I started to walk, my big toe rubbed against the end of the shoe. I find this tends to be an issue with knit shoes such as these (and APL's are similar), and it's not the greatest feeling. Im sure these will work for some people, but for me they are no good. For reference, my feet are average in both width and arch, so I dont have anything out of the ordinary going on.
