the bag does not include the strap

I purchased this bag on 8/25 but just opened it today, and unfortunately, the strap that should have been included is missing. The bag itself seems to be of good quality, but the missing strap is a big disappointment, as it’s an essential part of the design. I would have loved to give this product a higher rating, but this oversight makes it difficult. And i would like to have you sending the strap to me PLEASE!!!!💓🙏🏻. Thank you!
