As a member, do I still have access to shop Clear the Rack first?
Yes! Members are still able to shop Clear the Rack before anyone else.
Do I still earn points at Nordstrom Rack?
While you’ll no longer earn points on Nordstrom Rack purchases, you will still earn points on Nordstrom purchases. And your spend at Nordstrom Rack still counts toward status upgrades!
Can I use my Nordstrom Notes on Nordstrom Rack purchases?
Yes! Any Nordstrom Notes earned at Nordstrom can be used online, in the app and in stores at both Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom.
What is the Rack Up Rewards benefit?
Rack Up Rewards is an exclusive Nordy Club benefit offered at Nordstrom Rack, which includes seasonal discounts on qualifying purchases and a birthday perk during your birthday month.
As a Nordy Club member, how can I redeem my birthday perk?
You may have shared your birthday with us if you've previously applied for a Nordstrom card. However, if you're already a member and didn't provide your birthday during enrollment, you can add it to your Personal Info under your online shopping account settings.
Please make sure your email address is current and you’re opted in to receive marketing from us to receive offers including Rack Up Rewards and your birthday perk.
To receive your birthday perk, you must complete your profile at least 30 days prior.
As a Nordstrom Visa® cardmember, which outside categories do I earn double points on?
Nordstrom Visa® cardmembers earn Notes faster with 2x the points on the following categories outside Nordstrom: gas/EV charging, groceries, dining and streaming services (1 point per dollar everywhere else Visa® is accepted).
Purchases outside of Nordstrom count toward status upgrades as well!
‡This 5% discount is only available to Nordy Club cardmembers paying with their Nordstrom credit card and is valid on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes and fee(s), made online at NordstromRack.com and in Nordstrom Rack stores. Discount will be equally spread across all eligible items in the transaction.
