Wasted money--does Nordstrom Rack care???
The sweater was actually damaged goods with loose fiber strands on the left sleeve and I returned it to our Nordstrom Rack store in Fairfax, VA on August 16.
My purchase price was refunded but it occurred to me after I left the store that in addition to refunding the purchase price in this case I should also had the shipping cost refunded too since I was sent a damaged unusable product.
Not sure why I am bothering writing this review because no one of authority will see it or do anything to refund the money I wasted buying something that nobody would want to keep.
And I can guarantee that if someone with Nordstrom Rack wanted to verify what happened they can certainly contact the store where I shopped and the lady who handled the refund transaction saw the sweater and agreed it was damaged.
