Russell Lace Up Boot (Men)

As a carpenter/rough framer I've had plenty of pairs of work boots, but never a pair of casual boots. I've wanted a pair of casual boots my whole life but had never found a pair that fit right, had the right shape, had the right color to them, and looked good with the pants I wear. I saw these, tried them on and was blown away by how perfect they were. So, at the age of 37 I finally bought my first pair of casual boots and couldn't be happier. They're perfect, it's as simple as that. My foot is 10.8" and usually I wear a size 11, but the 10.5's fit so well and comfortably I didn't even bother looking for a pair of 11's. Furthermore, bc I liked the boots so much I went on the company's website to see what else they had, and found the EXACT style belt I've been looking for but can't find anywhere. Unfortunately it is sold out, so I emailed the company at 10pm on a Friday to find out out if it would be restocked and at 10:30pm I got a response! That's unbelievable customer service. To get a response that quickly, that time of night, and on a Friday night no less, amazing! The email response was from an individual named Aaron, and they said they're going to look in the warehouse for the belt I want in my size, top notch service. Definitely buying more products from this company.
