Menlo Loafer (Men)

Don't bother ordering this shoe. The part number is linked to a completely different shoe in their ordering system. After receiving a gray loafer with my initial order, I decided to give it another try...figuring it was just mis-picked in the warehouse. Upon receiving my second pair of the identical loafer with my second order, the only recommendation the customer service representative could give me was, "let's try ordering it again". No way! When I suggested that she get in touch with Operations and fix the product number associated with the boot in their system, she responded that there was no way for her to do that. Ok, I give up! Doesn't seem to be such a difficult request to make to me. Let's hope I receive both credits back to my credit card.
