Back Appeal^™ Smoothing Underwire Bra

I purchased this bra in September 2025 and only wore it a handful of times before the underwire came through the top, making it unwearable. I was really disappointed, especially since I paid full price and genuinely enjoyed wearing it while it lasted. I always wash my bras in a lingerie bag on the delicates cycle, and after seeing that someone else had the same issue, I do feel this may be a manufacturing defect. I have always liked Wacoal and have usually been very happy with the recommendations from the women at Nordstrom, so this experience was unexpected. I am hopeful I will be able to return it for a replacement or refund.
