New style is bad
DO NOT BUY! I was wearing Willa fit for 3 years, then stopped with this update. Shoes run half size smaller than old version. Shoe is wider than before though so it looks funny when you walk. Heel sits higher so it digs into the back of your ankle, very uncomfortable. I purchased 3 pairs in different colors and sizes, returned them all.

Comfy but loud
These shoes are good to wear to work. They take a little more time to break in compared to other vionics I have. They do have a hard sole so are noisy.

Size 10.5 please!
Unfortunately I had to return the shoes. I wear a 10.5 so the 10 was too small and the 11 was too big. I wish more Vionic shoes came in 10.5. The “dressy” shoes.

I've worn Willa flats through the years as a staple in my footwear choices. Unfortunately, this style I will return for a half size up. I ordered my normal size, but unfortunately it pinches my great toe. I'm hoping that sizing up a half size resolves the pinching. I've missed my Willa flats since my Labrador ate one?!
