Great dress
One more great Vince addition to my wardrobe. I find this dress so universal that I can wear it in summer or winter. And the quality of the fabric is great! Wore it to a frendsgiving last week, got some compliments. And this dress has pockets, what an awesome idea!

frumpy
I’m surprised this has such good reviews. The fit is odd. I am a 32dd and thin. The top was fitted but so much extra fabric at the waist and down. When you hold it up it is cut like a triangle. It gave me absolutely no shape and made me look larger and frumpy. I tried a few belt options to give more shape but the extra fabric just laid odd and bunched up. Relaxed doesn’t need to be frumpy. The fabric is very nice though.

I loved the photo of this dress in white which shows a fuller skirt with a slim fitting top. Having had varying experience with the Vince brand and looking at measurement guide, I tried an Extra Large -- I am a 12 regular in most brands unless the cut is somehow different. The fabric id great - but skirt lays flatter as in photos other than the white - not what I wanted -- and the Extra Large was at least 2" too wide under the arms (though the bust seemed about right, I think) in the top for me (I'm pear shape with narrower shoulders. Sadly, it had to go back.
