A size 2 fit like a size 4. The 0 sleeves fit the body, but the sleeves were too short. Vanity sizing?

Nice quality and look. Too big. Typically I am a 4-6. The 6 was way too big and didn’t fit like a traditional 6 does on me so I am guessing it’s the cut.
