Tribute 147mm Shield Sunglasses

I purchased these sunglasses for my husband and myself. One pair immediately was out for shipping and the second pair took about five days to ship. When I received the first pair it came in a box with a soft black sunglasses case like I purchased them from the farmers market. No tags no box nothing. When I received the second pair they came in a Nordstrom rack bag with the box all the paper work cleaning towel and wrapped. I felt like if I’m paying this much money I’d like both pair to come in the same condition. So we decided to keep the second pair that came correctly and return the first pair because of the way you guys sent them. It’s ridiculous. Hopefully you can find some sort of consistency when shipping designer sunglasses.

I am actually still waiting on these sunglasses to get to me. I order them online from 8/8/25 to be delivered to the union square store for pick up. After visiting the store and a phone call to them, I was told that it’s still in transit and I should probably call customer service, Which I did and finally got some answers. They arrived at the store on 8/10/25 but no one seems to know where they are. Upon writing this review I was told to give them a day to see if they can find it. All of this doesn’t make any sense to me. I am so disappointed and mad at the entire situation. The inconvenience of it all… I will never use this location again for any delivery. I was so glad to found the same glasses at Bloomingdale, the price was a little more, but at least I got to wear them to my event!

Beautiful Versace sunglasses, but my first pair arrived with no case, cloth, or paperwork. They came bubble wrapped in a plain, brown box with stickers on the lens. I returned them for a refund and reordered. The second pair came properly packaged and was perfect! Great product, but packaging quality needs consistency.
