Vice Plumping Shine Lip Balm is a hydrating, vegan glossy balm infused with hyaluronic acid for plumper lips, buildable color, and ultra-wet shine.
How to use: Apply the glossy lip plumper balm directly to the center of lips with the flocked applicator makeup brush. Swipe from side to side for even coverage and color. Apply to the Cupids bow or center of the mouth on top of lip color to add shine and fullness to complete your makeup look.

Beautiful shine but minimal wear
I wanted to try this in coconut water because there are a number of times I would rather have a clear gloss to accentuate my natural lips. The formula is very nice and I thought the balm looked great on me, I even tried it over top a nude lipstick and it really made my lips pop. However, it didn’t last very long after applying it and that was without any eating or drinking. Once applied, it took a while before I started feeling anything on the plumping side. There was a soft tingling around the edge of my lips and a very minimal fuller lip look. The results were fine with me though as the balm looks great plumping effect or not.
