What it is: A scented vegan lip gloss that combines high shine with microfine glitter and an almost instant tingly effect for fuller-looking lips.
What it does: This nonstick lip plumper contains caffeine, jojoba oil and sunflower oil, which deliver smooth, intense shine with a cooling and plumping sensation that delivers the appearance of fuller lips.
How to use: Wear alone or use with your favorite lip pencil or lipstick. For fuller-looking lips, add the heaviest dose of product to the center of your mouth to highlight the cupid's bow, and work your way outward.
