Classic Heritage Bow Genuine Shearling Bootie (Women)

Purchased UGG booties, expecting good quality since they aren’t cheap, but after just four months, a hole developed at the left toe, and another seems to be forming on the right. I haven’t even worn them often. They weren’t too tight—if anything, they were on the larger side. I called Nordstrom Rack customer service today (2/24/2025) and spoke with Bianca, who informed me that, unfortunately, there’s nothing they can do since the return policy has expired—no return, no discount, nothing. I’m extremely disappointed with both UGG’s quality and Nordstrom Rack’s customer service.
