New sizing?
This is a beautiful bootie but the sizing has changed. I have been buying Uggs for over twenty years. I always bought a size 5 which was a European size 35. I ordered these in a 5.5 because it was a bootie and I wanted to wear socks for winter and thought I would be getting a 35.5. When they arrived I saw it was a 5.5 but that was now a European 36.5 therefore a whole size bigger. I wish I would have stuck with the 5. I guess I will have to wear them with wool socks.

Going to be my top boot this fall
Couldn’t decide between these and the new loafer style that’s similar to this boot. So cute and LOVE the square style toe bed. Has a zipper to help get your foot in and out, but I’m able to slip my feet in without the zipper tbh. The fit of these are not like the classic Ugg boots. They’re looser and more stiff. Still adore them though.

Good quality but not all around comfy
The shoe is sturdy, and comfortable to walk in except for the heel part. Even with high top socks I can feel the hardness of the ankle part of this shoe rub against my sock, and I felt uncomfortable walking around my home. These are not lined with any shearling, so I do not see these being ideal for very cold weather (less than 50F). I am returning.
I tend to be a size 8.5 in UGG although I am a size 8 in other types of brands. I ordered the size 8.5, and they were big on me. These shoes are true to size.
