Great Shirt and NOT Just for The Price
I am about 6'1" 160lbs and the trim fit is nice out of the gate. I am still going to get it tailored a bit bit out of preference. The material is soft and has a luxurious brushed feel to it. It is 100% cotton but feel like a cotton/silk/linen blend. I have long arms and the 34/45 length was perfect. Aren't many better staple shirts around, store-brand or not. I advise you to stock up on these.

Not Trim and Not Long enough to tuck in
I bought 7 of these shirts. They are not trim. The east is the equivalent to a 42 pare of pants. The length is about 6” shorted then most of my other brand shirts. It is continuous pulling out of my pants in regular office movements.
